Example of Sparring in safety equipment
When sparring a full set of safety equipment is worn. This comprises of:
  • Head Guard,
  • Mitts,
  • Gum Shield,
  • Shin Guards,
  • Feet,
  • Groin Guard - optional for women
  • Chest Protector- women only (optional)
